Is it too early still to judge the Astros and our offseason decisions (non decisions)?

    Don't hold your breath.

At least we will be able to draft a top notch prospect this offseason.

You know this season is no longer about Wins and Losses as I think most of us can realistically say this team is not going to go on a tear like last season.

To me, the rest of the season should be about getting the young guys at bats and starts on the mound. All I want to see is improvement in these young guys with very little pressure being put on them. That means that guys like Bags are going to have to sit out more than they would like to.

If we can at least get a few of these guys comfortable playing in the majors and being at least serviceable players, then the Astros can add a significant piece or two in the offseason, and have a decent shot of at least competing next season, which is more than I can say about this season.

    This series ..

If we want to be real we could guess how many runs the Astros score each game...

    Starting Lamb at first tonight.
