SF was NOT a self-centered punk. If he was so bad then why did all his teammates love him? He played out of position, and tried the best he could. Just because a guy is not successful, doesn't make him a bad person.
Not, Steve was not a bad person, I agree, and I have made this point before. If there is one word that perfectly describes Stevie (not just as a basketball player, but more so as a person, which translates onto his court personality) is "Immature". That is his only problem. But many people are immature, doesn't make them "bad" people.
Magic was also on Dean and Rog this morning, and he talked for several minutes about the Rockets. It brought chills to me to listen to how T-mac has turned into the type of leader that "players will follow through a brick wall." I can't remember all that he said, but he sounded like a true believer. I do remember that he said (almost verbatim), "no team in the Western Conference--even all of the NBA--is playing at the level that the Rockets are playing right now.
