    Dude, that is flat out creepy. The girl is in the wrong, but that mob mentality is just creepy. Mentioning God and stuff like that? Odd.

    Oh well, I like her for no other reason than she pissed off a bunch of Aggies.

    LMAO, that video was great!! Although, I have to admit it is pretty pathetic that the Aggies have a song solely dedicated to ripping the University of Texas in Austin. Geez, what an inferiority complex!!

    I agree, it is stupid, but it wasn't originally written to be just about UT. The War Hymn was written by a cadet stationed at the Rhine River during WWI. He wrote the 2nd verse first, which was about UT. When he came back, he wrote the first verse which is just about A&M. Unfortunately, the Ags back then felt that the first verse was just like an Ivy League fight song and would never sing it. Now we are stuck with people only singing the 2nd verse. It is r****ded that we sing the UT part no matter who we play and I've brought it up before, but my mind has blocked any memory of what happend after I pointed it out.

    Don't forget that A&M is mentioned in the UT fight song as well. In fact it's the only other school mentioned.

    Yea but the WHOLE song isn't dedicated to being anti-A&M. I like to call this the Yale Complex (I didn't come up with the name, I know). Everytime you meet someone from Yale you hear "Our _______ department is as good as Harvard's." It's quite an inferiority complex when you have to define yourself or your school by your rival.

    If "The Eyes of Texas" were like the War Hymn it'd go something like:

    The eyes of Texas are upon you
    And the Aggies Suck
    The eyes of Texas are upon you
    And we're better than A&M
    Aggies think they can escape us
    Feeding their chickens in the morn
    The eyes of Texas are upon them
    and our Band has better French Horns

    Having now seen the video, I've come to the conclusion that the girl didn't really care about Cotton Bowl tickets. She was just hungry.

    Don't fret. The Aggie example of an inferiority complex is institutional in nature... i.e., if it weren't for the song, you might not have one at all.

    But it is quite apparent that some from other University's graduates have an inferiority complex WRT UT that appears far more personal in nature. One may even be in this thread...
