Carr's worst game in the past 2 seasons. Bad, bad game. The Texans were beat by a better team. Also...I've never see a crew of refs look more ridiculous and less professional than this one did yesterday. Over and over again. Not why the Texans lost, mind you...but still, just an awful appearance yesterday by the officials, who became as much a part of the story of the game as the players did.
Truly pathetic...Carr is bound to have bad games, everyone does (see Favre yesterday)... However, we should have been more prepared and been a little bit more competative...
stop crying about the refs...the were beaten like a red headed stepchild... the only solace you should take is that they didn't get beat as badly as they will next week.
Patience people. Games on the road like this will happen, surprisingly there haven't been more in this team's short history. The Jets have an excellent defense. The Texans still have many holes to fill in their roster. So far things have improved over last year, but there will be bumps in the road. Carr will learn and get better. Remember Philly fans were ready to run McNabb out of town last September and now there is MVP talk this year. Patience, patience, patience and draft wisely next year.
Even after the crappy calls, we still got our butts kicked. Pennington tore up our LBs and secondary. Martin and Jordan ran great and their blocking was excellent. Just have to go back to the drawing board on defense.
