I wouldn’t see any reason to part way with him, unless it was to secure another asset.

Sengun and Adam’s both missed a lot of time due to injuries in the 2023/24 season. Having quality depth at center is a luxury, that isn’t going to cost the Rockets much.

As it is, the roster is pretty full, and guys aren’t up for their next contract raises just yet. So, at worst you carry his salary for another season.

Of course that is unless the Rockets swing for a trade or get a free agent, in order to bring in a high price significant player.

Jock was integral in the Rockets making a strong push to finish .500 for the season.

I think the way he played the later part of last season is about his potential.

Not sure I can see paying your 3rd center $8M, so its likely he gets moved.

His contract is non guaranteed I believe. Could be a nice trade piece.

Jock Landale has the potential to be 30 in 1.5 years.

Adams put up something like 15 and 17 in the 20 games before he was hurt.

While it was nice to see Landale get healthy and make a difference, we need our third big man to be a 4/5 type with athleticism/shot blocking/switching ability.

    Jock will get moved.
