Javier basically has proven to be a 1-2 month pitcher in his MLB career before either needing a break, needing to go to the bullpen, or just being awful. Dana Brown?... "6 year extension! my man!"
This pitching staff has given up more innings like this than I can remember for a whole season in the first month and a half. Just bad team stuff.

Javier was nowhere close on most of his pitches. Being in or near the zone matters for trying to get the close calls on umps.
