Of course Trump is guilty, it is just whether he will be held accountable. Personally, I wish he would just have a massive coronary and die.......the whole world would be better off. DIE TRUMP DIE ! DD
These people are not this dumb.......he`s conflicted because his daughter worked for a Dem company, come on man, fox is such a variety show, they dont even talk about the real news anymore, just spew lie after lie. LOL, the mental gymnastics these variety show hosts have to do on the daily to make their man look half sane are some world class stuff
And of course the same people will deny even the possibility of a conflicts of interests with Clarence Thomas even though both his wife and son are heavily involved with the GOP.
" Daniels startled the court by testifying that Trump told her “she reminded him of his daughter” Ivanka minutes after spanking him during their alleged sexual encounter." Man look . . . . dude is just SICK! Rocket River
I don't normally reply to obviously wrong and inflammatory tweet, but I'll make an exception for this one. The prosecutors have all the phone records in their evidence files. They only submitted a summary of the most relevant calls instead of the entire log. The full records still exist. Paralegal says calls that were cut are still in evidence elsewhere Prosecutor Chris Conroy is asking Jaden Jarmel-Schneider about why the summary charts were shortened. The paralegal said that the calls that were cut from the summary charts are still in evidence elsewhere. He said they were trimmed from the summary exhibit: "My understanding is the decision was always going to be that we would admit the part of the call summaries related to what had come out in trial."
He is guilty of everything he is charged with. It has been proven with his own tweets and his testimony in California. However, it is up to the NY jury to decide.
**** the gag order, Trump and every citizen have the first Amendment right to criticize any government official (or anyone else)
Please show in the First Amendment where it says a criminal defendant can ignore direct instructions from the presiding judge to not attack or otherwise intimidate officers of the court, their family, members of the jury, and witnesses called to testify. I'll wait...
This false talking point was already addressed a few posts up... https://bbs.clutchfans.net/threads/the-hush-money-trial.322923/page-30#post-15197994
