The Israelis are in a war with the government of Gaza. Does the government of Gaza have an evacuation plan? Do their Arabic brothers in Egypt? No, the government of Gaza does not want their own people to evacuate. They want as many of them to die as possible, while they themselves sit in Qatar. Did the US have an evacuation plan for the inhabitants of Dresden and Hiroshima? Israel is nowhere near the level of civilian-to-military death toll of the US in almost all the wars the US fought.
