There's a law called the Leahy law that mandates and forces the president to withhold any aid to a country that's found to have committed human rights violation. He has the right under the law to withhold aid to Israel if violations are found. Trump withheld aid bcz a country refused to investigate a political opponent. What a braindead comment. You think the folks leaving the cities are proportional to the drop in violent crime? You think 24% of NYC has fled or 20% of baltimore. Houston violent crime rate has fallen dramatically even though we've seen a population increase. Whenever a MAGAT comes in here spewing right wing talking points you realize just how braindead stupid they are.
Actually, they are down because there was a huge spike in 2020-2021, and some amount of reversion to previous levels was inevitable.
