  3. Should have granted 1 more year for a 3rd season before deciding

    6 different coaches over the last 12 years and where has it gotten them?
    Rob Pelinka is the guy that should have been fired if they had to fire someone.

    It is bizarre how much power the former agent of Harden wields.

    At the same time the Lakers treat firings as something normal.

    IIRC, the Lakers did not consult LeBron when they hired Darvin Ham.

    Methinks they will definitely get his buyoff this time.
