I don't think so. I've been to the great majority of Astros playoff games since 2017 in Houston. So, some real highs in '17 and '22 but also some real lows with watching BOS, WAS and ATL beat our asses in MMP in '18, '19 and '21.
That was already known. Diaz caught him the first 2 starts... and now its Caratini. I'd say thats a slightly bigger development that wouldn't have happened without JV's input. So now Framber and JV are getting Caratini....
I wasn't as shocked as some at WS '19, because ALCS '18 Astros split in Boston, then dropped three straight at home to lose the pennant. to JACKIE BRADLEY JUNIOR (also Benintendi ended the series by catching Bregman's fly out to LF)
I was at the pujols game. We were taking pics with the field in the background after the Astros batted thinking it was a done deal Oh and the Stockton game
I was at the Astros/Braves playoff game in 1999 when the Stros had bases loaded, nobody out in the bottom of the 10th... AND LOST THE GAME! Oh and was at Angels Stadium to see Verlander's 3000th career k.
790 got their talking points overnight. Now it's "He's had problems fielding the position. He's not very good at first base. so we're going to play him elsewhere until he's got some time under his belt"
