Relax. He will play 1B. They are working on the moves to clear the position. They cannot publicly acknowledge that Loperfido is the everyday 1B while Abreu is still on the roster. And it will be good for Loperfido to get a few games under his belt playing a position he is more comfortable at. 4-5 more games of Abreu/Singleton ain’t no big deal.
