Appreciate that! I'm implementing changes that I hope can last a lifetime. It started with fixing an ADHD issue. I honestly think that has been, and will be, the biggest issue. The rest of it has been easy so far.
Identifying and dealing with your biggest sticking points are paramount for sustained success. ADHD is no joke.
Got this today. Did a quick 20 minute workout (workouts are quicker on this thing, due to one rep to failure), and let me tell you, I feel weak, but got a great pump. Just screwing around on it while watching the draft now. This thing is awesome. Exactly what I needed. Doing curls right now.
