MTG Translation: If the plan my buddies and I in the Proud Boys and Oathkeepers had agreed on had worked, they would have hung that SOB and Nancy right there on the spot.

Yeah, he's a slime ball alright. What kind of creep doesn't report some pedo accused of preying on hundreds of athletes at Ohio State? Did he just think the Doc just wanted to see their p*ckers?

Trump could have helped response to Jan. 6 riot — but didn’t — per new testimony
Two senior leaders of the D.C. guard at the time of the Capitol attack painted a picture of the boost that never came, according to transcripts reviewed by POLITICO.

The solicitor general's vocal fry is insane. Imagine how much practice she had to do to achieve it.

Trump tries, fails to delay Jan. 6 civil cases pending against him

In August 2021, seven more police officers who were attacked and beaten during the Capitol riot sued the former president.

In January 2022, three more police officers — including two who aided the evacuation of lawmakers — sued Trump, seeking damages for their physical and emotional injuries.

In January 2023, the longtime partner of Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, who died after the Jan. 6 riot, filed a wrongful death civil suit against Trump.

The former president and his defense team have repeatedly tried to claim that Trump has “immunity” from such cases — a defense that was rejected by the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in December, and then again last month.

I know for a fact that many of the people at BLM protesters who were looting and burning have been prosecuted and there are ongoing prosecutions.

DC judges openly stating they will extend the sentencing of J6 defendants if SCOTUS throws out the absurd "disrupting an official proceeding" charges

Not only that, but most of the actual protesters were not violent, and the two events were fundamentally different. One was an intentional, direct attack on a hallowed democratic institution, with the goal of overturning a fair and free election. The other was a coast-to-coast protest movement demanding an end to systemic racism that occasionally, but not frequently, turned violent.

“The GOP has become the party of false equivalences,”

Many BLM protesters were responding to the death of George Floyd, a handcuffed Black man who was seen on video gasping for breath as a Minneapolis police officer pressed his knee into Floyd’s neck. Police repelled the demonstrators using rubber bullets, tear gas and military assets like helicopters. An analysis of more than 7,750 demonstrations in 2,400 locations across the country found that 93% happened with no violence.

The mob at the Capitol was fueled by baseless conspiracies propagated by Trump that the election was stolen from him through massive fraud. The rioters acted on the president’s direct urging to “fight like hell.” They attacked police with pipes and chemicals and planted bombs. They were met largely with restraint by law enforcement.

The mob at the Capitol smashed its way into the heart of the federal government, seeking to interrupt constitutionally mandated proceedings to affirm President-elect Joe Biden’s victory. Lawmakers fled into hiding, and five people were killed, including a Capitol police officer who was hit in the head with a fire extinguisher.

The “overwhelmingly nonviolent” demonstrations cannot be compared to the violence at the Capitol, “where white supremacists, mobilized by falsehoods peddled by President Trump and his GOP allies” laid siege to the Capitol “resulting in its desecration,”

    MAGA Law and Order....

Check their skin color and political stance first. Then you can decide if they are Antifa Fascist and Communist American hating Biden thugs and criminals or true peaceful MAGA Patriots.

DoJ had this video of lectern guy the whole time and never let him see it before conviction.

    Very bad people.

Looks like clear proof that The Lectern Guy was stealing the lectern, right?

Or are you suggesting that The Lectern Guy brought his own lectern with him when he trespassed on Capitol Hill?

Why would they show the video to him before arresting him? If it was used as evidence his defense team certainly saw it.

No idea what his guilty as sin ass is complaining about, but according to wikipedia the charges of theft of government property were dropped and he was "convicted of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, and was sentenced to 75 days of incarceration with a $5,000 fine."
