I was listening to a podcast and apparently K Clark will only make $78,000 a year to play in Indiana..................I am sure she will make 10x that in endorsements but man the pay itself is low, but then again, the WNBA is not watched by most and maybe this will help. Excited to watch Angel Reese and that huge girl(s) from Stanford and SC also.........maybe this could be a turn around. The only woman`s basketball I watched regularly was the Comets in there hey day
Yall don't bring this casual talk to a basketball forum lol. Don't call yourself an NBA fan and say this is racism when this happen every night. Dudes would try break Jordan. It doesn't help that Caitlin Clark is a known trash talker, she was literally trash talking in this very game. Of course players are going to take cheap shots on her. You'd have guys like Barkley brag on air about how they won't let someone show them up and teams have actual 'enforcers' for a reason.
If anything I wish Angel Reese would just drop the PR talk during interviews and say she doesn't like Clark. Whenever she's asked she says there's respect, healthy competition, etc. Just say you hate her! Her on-court actions clearly undermine her public comments. Get the rivalry going!
naw she dont hate her. When people were coming after CC in college she was riding for her. When CC had some of those nudes leak she was riding with her. She took pictures with her. She's def annoyed by all these people trying to coddle professional ball players though.
