That location is the only Pappadeaux I've ever been to. Very satisfying for my mouth and belly. I also didn't notice any black person in there.

My Mom is a lobster addict. She swears by the lobster at Red Lobster. We took her to Pappadeaux's and she got the lobster there. Hated it. Back to Red Lobster. We're just white folk. Mom knows her lobster and, DAMMIT, if she says Red Lobster over Pappadeaux's...then we going to Red Lobster. Orders the same damn lobster every time. Well...they all look the same. But, damn they don't cook and taste the same. Mama always said the lobster better at Red Lobster. And, I believe her. What choice do I have? She's calling the shots. Mama's always right! We only go to the same damn restaurant for chicken fajitas, too. Mama knows good chicken fajitas. Or, I'm forced to believe that (even though I like em better elsewhere but I can't tell Mom that...shhhhh).
Their core demo is dying off. Maybe Red Lobster can merge with Harley Davidson, The Weather Channel and Trump to form a mega Boomer brand that will last a few more years. Stormy Lobster Riders, Inc
https://www.cnn.com/2024/02/21/business/red-lobster-endless-lobsterfest-price/index.html this is probably why.. lol Red Lobster was nearly crippled by all-you-can-eat shrimp. Now it’s trying endless lobster
My BIL loves the Red Lobster, we have to go every year for his birthday....................and there is a Papa`s seafood right next door.................RIGHT NEXT DOOR DAM IT. I wish they would go under, and their biscuits are not all that and a bag a chips either
I think we maybe went to a Red Lobster once or twice when I was a kid, I remember nothing. Same with Steak and Ale. I did notice in HEB the other day that they have box-mix of the "allegedly delicious" Red Lobster biscuits.
