    I am pretty sure it is just because he didn't make the playoffs. IMO he is tied for 2nd place with Mazula.

    That's the amazing thing! He is actually learning and doing that very deliberately. He learned to use his hands actively to disrupt the opponent from Jokic and acquired that skill literally 5-6 years before Jokic did.
