    It's fun watching Trump's Truth Social flush down the toilet


    on April 2, Trump Media & Technology Group’s 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission literally said
    At the time, the company was worth $8.84 billion, with Donald Trump’s share valued at a whopping $5 billion.

    over the past 5 trading day, the stock price has plummeted ~24%; The company’s market cap is now just under $5 billion, bringing the trust-fund baby's share to $2.8 billion, almost halved from its peak.

    so far, the co's has generated a revenue of ~ $3,3 million; it has floated (available for sale to the public) 136.7 million shares

    The average stock on the Nasdaq exchange trades at around five times its revenue, which would value the company at $16 million.
    Given that the company has floated 136.7 million shares, that would price each share at 12 cents.

    At a current price of $36 per share, there is plenty of room for further collapse.

    back in 28 March, 2024, when Trump social stock for trading aboe $70, USAToday made this observation, https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2024/03/28/truth-social-trump-media-slide/73131957007/#:~:text=“The stock will continue to,likely outcome is eventual bankruptcy.”

    so far, it has been proven right.

    Further, USAToday concluded that "the most likely outcome is eventual bankruptcy.”,
    w the innuendo that bankruptcy may happen before the 90-day holding period for insiders. such as Trump, expires

    I don't think Trump has to invest any capital in the venture, so he'll make a profit unless it's worthless by the time he can sell.

    oh, after the bankruptcy proceedings---selling off everything--each share of stock will probably be worth less than $1.

    but, as an insider, trump opens himself up to law suits by disgruntled investors who lost BIGLY

    It's hard to comprehend how many lawsuits and bankruptcies Trump's had over the years. As if that's not bad enough he has all the sexual assault accusations, he cheated on all his wives, he's got 91 or so felonies he's charged with, and the compulsive lying is so bad you can't even keep track of the count of lies weekly anymore. He's got to be the sleaziest, most disgusting con, criminal, and husband to have ever been elected President. The most disgusting part of it all is how he puts himself on a pedestal with Jesus and sells Bibles for a profit.

    Former president Donald Trump's social media company generated just $4 million in revenue last year — about as much as the average McDonald's franchise in the United States, according to a report last year by the fast-food industry publication QSR.​

    Investors in DJT might be better served buying a McDonald's franchise. First, they get to own the whole thing. Second, revenues are likely to outpace expenses. Finally everything Donald Tump touches dies ... but if you buy a McDonalds near a federal prison, you just might get Dementia Don ordering takeout for the next five years or so.
