The upside is the Rockets were outshot by 21% and are only down 9. The downside is Edwards hasn't done anything yet.

 

Jalen is playing well, we need more Cam and Jalen. Dillion is off so far and Fred needs to shoot….we need him.

Wolves got magnets on the rim…some of these misses looked suspicious

 

I think Fred had the ball for too many possessions. Green has an easier time creating open looks for teammates because of how much gravity and separation he can create.

Most of our good looks are coming off Green. A lot of them were misses also.

 

Dillon is not fine. He’s not consistent game to game. He’s hit or miss or night and day. He tries to do too much sometimes. He needs this role specialized and minimized.

 

Agree with Calvin... we have no body movement and no ball movement.

 

Jabari is playing well again tonight, we need to give the ball to him early in the 3rd quarter

 

He drove 2x and was fouled 2x but no calls - 1 we got back and other was a TO

 

A game of runs, you just want to keep it close and have that final run

They both hit with haymakers, and Rockets must keep it under double digits and try to be within 5 by fourth quarter

 

FVV needs to pay like he did most of March. Jalen isn’t getting good looks form three and the defense is zeroing in on him. They’re not goin to let him go off

 

Cam’s defense was not good when he was in there. He has to want to play defense instead of a one track mind to score.

 

Hopefully it’s our turn to make a double digit run

 

I know Amen got hurt, Holiday had his Gary Bird run and by the time he came back Tari was down and we needed a body at forward… it’s how the cookie crumbled and I’m not mad.

But I want Amen at guard instead of Holiday. I’d absolutely rather have Tate at forward and Amen at guard over Amen at forward and Holiday at guard.

If i'm remembering correctly we had played these guys in february. I'm guessing that the sweat dropped on this court from Sengun in february is holding them back.

 

The thing that sucks is our teams seems to slump from three collectively

 

The good news is that we're only trailing by 9 points.

The bad news is Edwards has just been loafing doing nothing for 2 qtrs.
Don't let him heat up.
