Friendly reminder that Ausar was supposed to be the better shooting twin. What causes this? How is it possible to shoot this bad? Who taught them to shoot the ball? Embiid learned shooting by watching YouTube videos. Maybe they should do the same.
My understanding is the twins had professional coaches during ote. Reports are also that they were gym rats, so I don't think effort is the issue. Maybe they will find something in different technique that will help them. The scouting is to sag. To be fair, I think Ausar and Detroit knows it's something he needs to work on, and hence he's not taking too many 3's per game.
