Getting Harden from OKC was a rarity. I was in favor of Bridges until the Nets started losing mightily. TF and Stone aren't patient. They might be able to find a better player than him later.

With an increasing cap and FA not being what it used to be there will probably be a few.

I'm getting to a point where I'd like to see Amen and Fred splitting time at the point 50/50. Amen brings a dimension that Fred simply can't. He also seems to have just as much chemistry with Sengun.

If they did this wouldn’t it just increase the value of the picks owed to the rockets. Facilitating a trade for a better player than Bridges down the line?

Five first??? Did the Rockets offer all of the Harden picks/swaps plus Jalen and they consider that "5 first"? I am glad they turned us down if we offered that much. Highest I would do would be 1 first and Jalen or even better Jalen and Tate.

I’m not saying it’s gonna be to Houston but I actually think that they trade Bridges in the next week.

the reality is is that they are going nowhere and I have to imagine his value is highest this year.

and honestly, there is just so much synergy with us as a trade partner. I think there is a decent chance of it happening.

Im more into it if we are starting bridges at small forward putting Cam in the starting lineup and bringing Brooks off the bench.

    Jalen+Tate+Landale+ 2024 Nets First+Rockets 2027 First.

    Sengun/Biyombo
    Smith/Eason
    Bridges/Brooks
    Whitmore
    FVV/Amen

As our record plummeted back to the horizon? We were at best like....3 games over .500 and are now 2 games under? I blame the Jazz/Wolves for breaking the value of 1st rounders with that dumb Gobert trade. Now every half decent player is apparently worth 5 first rounders.

The quandry for the Nets is that moving Bridges to a team other than Houston's picks makes them more worse. Nobody is going to give up substantial players to the Nets for Bridges that will make them better. It's picks, or bust.

Hakeem could have been the goat if he had a good team around him instead of Ralph Samson and crackheads. Hakeem resume is impressive but that's despite the Rockets instead of because of them.

Nah. If we trade for Bridges, he's obviously starting next to Brooks. Those two with Smith would create a stout defense for sure.

We've already gotten Tari Eason from one of the Nets picks. Let's play the long game and have lotto talents for the next 4 years or trade for an allstar player

    I don't want Mikal
