"Bigoted" because we think the font looks like trash lmao. Yea okay bud. Also ironic that you're calling others racist while mocking them white folks. I believe the term for that is hypocrisy.
Same tbh. I mean I actually don't mind it here and there, but the problem is all our sports teams have literally become obsessed with it. And now it appears our football team is about to make it their whole identity. It's just like we get it, ya know? It was definitely cooler when it was just a nickname and not our entire identity. Feels very forced at this point. The only other team you see doing this is the Falcons with "ATL" and they easily have the worst uniforms in the entire league lol. If you Google "NFL uniforms ranked," the Falcons are either dead last or in the bottom 3 of every single list lol. It's a stupid gimmick that doesn't last. It looks gimmicky and amateur and ages poorly. Like something you'd see on an XFL jersey. Hard pass.
You have no culture if H-Town is what you’re dying on. It’s lazy, and looks terrible in a logo. But trashy is expected from people like you.
It actually represents how diverse the city is. Something I see that you don’t like, captain Mayberry. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Damx9x8VwAAbD9w.jpg
When I see Olde English used outside of the context of academia and Rennaisance faires I think of Harley riding boomers and Mexican gang bangers. Sorry not sorry.
Lmao kid, I’m born and raised Houston. Far more H-Town than your clown ass. You’re just the trash that shouldn’t represent this city
Lmao. Houston has never been bigoted until idiots like you came over. Keep up the race baitint and victimhood complex. It’s what keeps you and people like you in perpetual poverty
Uggh, not looking forward to April. Don't worry, they'll come to their senses after 5 years, just like the Detroit Pistons, Cleveland Cavaliers, Utah Jazz, Atlanta Hawks and Philadelphia 76ers who all had classic looks, changed for about 5 years/about a decade (in most cases) and returned to their classic look.
Don't forget the Rockets... oh wait. There actually isn't that much turnover in uniforms/color schemes in the NFL compared to all other sports. There are still more teams that have their same basic logo/uniform/colors/fonts from their inception vs. ones that have re-branded or changed. Also, you tend to see more re-brands or changes in teams that didn't have that much of a shelf life or haven't had a whole lot of real success (Bucs before their SB, Falcons, Broncos before their SB, Patriots before their SB, Seahawks before their SB... and now possibly the Texans). I'd gladly take the runs the Broncos, Patriots and Seahawks went on soon after their re-brand.... and hell, the Bucs have 2 SB titles as well and nobody seems to remember due to all the mediocrity they've had in between (along with playing in a non-sexy market).
