I'd agree if he wasn't about to turn 30. He'll also be the most expensive option on the market. Would be wiser to go young and use at least 1 of our first 2 picks on the D-Line imo.

    Speed Speed Speed

Singletary was okay but even when he would bust through he couldn’t get past 2nd level

WR need someone who can move chains and make tough catches opposite of Nico … Woods started out great at moving chains then poofed … Brown was good for improvising off schedule

DT sucked we signed Tart and didn’t use him .. need to get bigger

I’m plucking whoever I can from Ravens 49ers and Jets defense ….need coverage LB and S and better CB than Nelson if available

I keep seeing the mention of o-line being a top priority, but I'm not sure I agree. They just spent big on o-line last offseason, and Tunsil, Howard and Mason are locked in as three of their most expensive players for a minute. Then they spent big draft capital on interior guys the last two seasons in Green, Scruggs and Patterson. Feels like they just need to get heatlhy and add depth.

I'd much rather see them invest in skill position guys on offense and on DT, safeties and coverage linebackers on defense. There's plenty of money and draft picks to go around, but I'd hate to see them spend big again on o-line when there are so many more obvious needs.

Hopefully Kenyon Green can improve a la Stingley to avoid the bust label — having consistent, solid play from him would be huge

Random thought/question but when is the last time the Kubiak/Shanahan system won it all??

Is it the Mike Dantoni system of the NFL??

This is awesome. We have our QB, #1 and #2 WRs, MLB, #1 CB, #1 OLB, LT, and RG/RT.
Now this is the bad news......lot of FAs on this list. In Caserio we trust to keep the right players to continue future success for this team. Then fill the rest through the draft.

If we lose Slowik and Johnson, I’m going to be a little bothered. Don’t want CJ learning all new systems

If Barkley price is too high wouldn’t mind looking at swift or pollard.

They're losing one of two, not both.

If Slowik leaves, Johnson stays on as OC.

    Great season.

offensive line is not good. Tunsil is the worst best player ever. Great pass blocker one on one, meh run blocker, huge penalty magnet, and doesn’t cover for other guys. The guard play has been meh.

    Defensive line needs playmaking.

    linebackers are average.

    safety play sucks.

    zero running backs

lots to try to improve. Good news is most of those are things where if you improve another spot significantly it helps cover the other ones.

I think Christian Harris is better than average.

    NFC East?

I think they will be fine. Tougher competition makes you better. And Im hoping we get over the injury bug too

NFC North. But I agree those teams should be saying that about the Texans
