You don’t win games with Tate getting burned repeatly by Maxey…We needed Amen on Maxey I don’t care how many fouls he would of racked up

Teams went zone because Tate and Tari was in game and can’t hit a 3 and Jeff Green couldn’t hit one which only left Holiday

 

Is there any other player in the league who played 35 minutes tonight and scored 4 points or less?

 

He should have, but he probably didn't expect to get trapped like that. The pick was to hunt for a switch? The right play would have been to iso. It was a half assed pick that just led to an automatic double team.

It was going to be a wild heave by Jalen even if he shot it

 

I don't think I could be more mad than I am right now.

I have the most irrational hatred towards everything Australian. And I have to go out shortly and I'm going to see so many Australians. ****

 

Only bright spot is that Jalen Green played his best game of the season.

We might as well have PJ tucker, at least he’ll make a corner 3 every now and then.

 

I know we get big problem when Sixers bench player is filling in the hole without Maxey in the 4Q early
I also said so many times Tate is useless player for us,not only he cant shoot 3 but is very reckless player especially on the defense

 

One of those times Jalen might have been the best defender for Maxey. Green is good in pnr defense against quick and speedy guards.

He’s been getting out-coached recently

 

I’m not a huge Tate guy but I trust Ime. It’s a nice feeling after 3 years of Silas. I want cam to play too I just trust ime to put him in the position to when he gains his spot he’s not going to give it up.

 

People are still b****ing about Jalen on a 31/6/4 night with over 60% fg and 50% 3's? Come on now, the only thing to b**** about for me is missed free throws. Lets hope he can build on this game next time out.

 

Predictably the defense has gone to absolute **** without Brooks and now Jabari.

 

I think some people here are just predisposed to blame Green regardless of circumstance.
It is what it is.

 

Tate gave up 40 and scored 4 …but yeah okay remember Tate was on those Silas teams..he is who we know he is

 

Most of his breakout game is the game we loose.

 

I noticed during fast breaks our guys never seem to pass.

Fred, Holiday, Eason. These guys just take it in for themselves, now they usually score so that's fine but it's just weird to see.

 

Yep, I'm confused as to why we didn't try Jalen or FVV on him.

Maxey wasn't doing anything special, he just had the first step and ran past Tate nearly every time.

I thought for sure at halftime okay, Ime will adjust, we'll throw a hard double at him, we'll put someone else on him....nope.

Just a very odd game for Ime.
