Uh...he came into tonight shooting 47-35-74 - that's "elite shooter" maybe by like pre WW2 standards, not in the modern NBA.

Dude this isn't the 1990s. Otis Thorpe's don't make all star teams anymore.

Sengun’s defense and Jalen’s lack of anything pretty much reasons for this loss.

Team showed great fight tonight. Defence was terrible then great then terrible then great. Wild lol

Sengun was getting cooked, hopefully he learns how to defend that action better going forward and it doesnt become a blueprint.

Stone saying that Rockets have no interest in doing anything this year at the deadline tells me front office is fine with us being a bottom 5 team in the west this year.

It's much better when the Rockets win, as opposed to when they lose

That's on the coaching staff. You need to explain word for word what you want on that pick and roll lob. Harden and Clint did it alot at the start of games and teams would adjust and it would become less reliable as the games went on.

Did not have a good feeling when you had 3 Time Outs less than the Hawks early in the game.

The Hawks alternated between playing like the 2016 Warriors and the 2023 Wizards tonight.

Frankly, you don't know what you're talking about. If he'd had a little help, we'd have won. How many rebounds tonight ? 13 ? He was 8 of 14 tonight...what's he normally get ? Single digit shots ? Come on man.

Well, post injury klay can close out a shooter better than that ****. Go back and watch it again.

The excuse you keep citing is why you're wrong. His Usg% is low because he can't create offense for himself unless he has the right mismatch or for others - literally ever. See the 1 assist.

We just ran out of time. Can’t start quarters like this and expect to win. We let Jabari down today, man…flashes of superstarism (or at least allstarism).

Jalen has got to hit shots. Everything else is fine, his defense was fine and even his shot selection was alright this game but he’s not putting up points. As a self proclaimed “bucket” there’s no excuse for this. We didnt draft an middling all-around shooting guard, we want to see an offensive dynamo. But at least he’s shown me this game that he’s playable in the clutch on the defensive side and he’s making less mistakes in close games.

Alpi had moments, but I think this is a game where he’s going to study the tape and figure out how to never let this happen again. Even small holes will be exploited again and again in the playoffs. I am very very confident he can figure it out

The good thing is that I think our guys look like they’re figuring how to play with each other better, DB even passed ahead for a couple of fast break opportunities that all worked! I still think we need to utilize the transition more, but that’s what Amen is here for.

And our vets really pulled their weight today, they totally kept us in the game alongside Jabari. Best two signings of the offseason

You know what klay was shooting at 20 years of age. 36% at Washington st his soph year and 39% his jr.

Meanwhile Jabari is in the nba when he should be a jr at auburn. Yeah I love this trajectory he’s on

Yeah can continue to be a hater all you want. I’ll sit back and enjoy this massive growth

FVV, Brooks, Eason, Jabari plus a good shooting guard will be the closest thing to our 2018 lineup. Sengun will be useful in a lot of match ups but will be unplayable against elite small ball.
