Let's not rush it people, you wouldn't rush someone from having open heart surgery or other more serious ailments, just because it's invisible doesn't mean we should underestimate it.

 

I'd be shocked if Stroud plays Sunday. He looked woozy in the Bronco game and don't forget the late hit he took in the head during the Bengals game. Not worth it.

It was a general comment on the thread regarding concussions and CJ. Not targeted at anyone specifically.

The concussion people need to remember that Stroud is a bad test taker. He's not concussed he's just slow.

let's hope the texans are playing mind games with the browns making it seem like Case will start only to announce CJ as the starter the last minute.

 

After what the Jets did to CJ they probably won't want putting him in a position to get hurt again. He was scrambling for his life to try and get 100 yards against the Jets, and the Browns are much better on defense. They're #1, and our offensive line will probably collapse under pressure, and leave our him vulnerable to getting hit, like with the Jets. I'm guessing a sacrificial lamb will be put out there in CJ's place.

 

You can get hurt vs any team. CJ doesn’t seem like the type to be ducking competition. Hopefully he’s cleared by Friday.

Not saying CJ's ducking anything. Was saying the coaches probably won't play him against the #1 defense after how the Jets had him scrambling like crazy. Our offensive line can't protect him if he hangs onto the ball too long.

 

Do you flip the script again. Imply Legend Case is the starter and go back to Mills at 11:45 am on Sunday. lol

It was already going to be an ugly game with Stroud back there because that's Cleveland's style. But that style fits Keenum's grit, so they'll have a chance to win it.

 

Hopefully Case will be a little sharper now that he's got a start under his belt.

I think we have a fighting chance with it being at home. Hopefully Collins and WAJ are back.

Browns are bottom 10 (like the Titans) in sacks allowed - though so are we - but it'll take a similar defensive effort wreaking havoc up front like they did late against Tenn.
