i love dim sum. my favorite dim sum place is LunAsia; i often order this dim sum dish, tripe stew with turnips
muttons, no beef/chicken/pork, nor veggie: very bland this is my understanding, it was invented by a Taiwanese chef. it is not a Mongolian dish, it has also gained popularity in the US and parts of Europe.
