That's insane Ruth put up 8 when there was only the World Series.

 

Pressly is so damn light outs in the post-season. He got 6 crucial outs after all those dramatics. Inherited 2 on base with 0 outs in the 8th. Kept the score the same and gave the offense a chance. and then had to keep the very top of their line-up at bay. He's been nothing but almost perfection for us in the playoffs.

 

This is delicious. I’m imagining my grandma seeing that and smiling. Man we’re so lucky.

I was at a HS football game and had the game streaming on my phone. Tuves came up the the plate, and I looked up at a play happening on the field. I looked back down at my phone just in time to see Carter jumping at the wall. I thought he caught it and was crushed...but then they cut to Tuves rounding the bases. Such an immediate turn of emotions.
