Should have kept Verlander in. Simple.

Neris has been an escape artist all year, it was bound to catch up with him. Knew they should have taken him out after the first homer.
Still got the lead. Get this out and get a run back.

I can't fault Dusty for going with Neris. No one saw him sh-tting the bed this badly.

A 1 run lead is still a win, it's just added pressure for our pitchers In the 8th and 9th. Will we see Neris again after this 4 run lead? Who knows.

Don’t get why Verlander was pulled at the time.

Verlander was rolling, stupid to not let him have one more inning.

Yeah friendly reminder (to keep perspective): without Neris, especially in the D-Backs series, we don't make the playoffs.

That hard fought walk by their first baseman turning out huge.

Yeah, had another inning in him, he was locked in. Thanks, Dusty-bear.

Neris has been nails and when he has gotten in trouble has been Houdini. Astros gotta keep scoring. Their offense is going to have to be huge this playoffs.

Just need seven outs. Abreu and the offense can kill that momentum pretty quickly.
