If Sullivan and the rest of the player development/shooting coaches can fix Amen's shot it may be the single greatest accomplishment of their careers. The new emphasis on player development and bringing in top notch coaches to help our young players along the way is a big reason why I'm so hopeful. Hiring Ime will pay more dividends than I think most of us realize long term. I'm really looking forward to what the coaches can do to help Amen and Sengun with their 3 point shooting. Although the whole team should benefit. Including Dillon and Fred.

Jalen Green was pleading for Leadership at 19 years old. Silas, KPJ, Wood all sabotage. imagine where Jalen would be now with good leadership.
Not making excuses but Wood didn't know himself how to be a leader. He was 24, 25 at the time and had been a bench player everywhere else. Wood left college too early, went overseas and bounced around the league. When Harden and Tucker left, that was it. So it was the blind leading the blind.
