    Amazing stuff. Thanks for posting.

Robert Horry is my favorite Rocket of all time (after Dream, I suppose). Robert was a rookie the year I started seriously watching the Rockets. Somehow I could always relate to his role and personality on the team better than any of the other guys. I was extremely sad when he was traded (both times!) Glad he was able to gain such glory and fame after he left the team. And **** Danny Ainge. That guy was an *******.

still amazes me how many superstars owe their rings to bob: dream, shack, kerr, duncan, kobi

Said it before and I'll just repeat it here: The problem with Dillon isn't that he's a bad offensive player in terms of his talent level, it's that he's an okay one who thinks he's a superstar.

His efficiency would probably be comparable to what Big Shot's was in his prime if Brooks took half the attempts (like Horry did) instead of jacking up so many contested shots.

After watching the interview, i rewatched the last 8+ minutes of the 2005 Spurs-Pistons game, and it was really incredible. Amazing game. And more impressive performance than I remembered.

For one thing, Duncan was TERRIBLE in that game. For a guy who is known for his consistent greatness, it was eye opening to see him struggle so badly in the clutch in a crucial game. It puts some perspective on today’s hot-take social media atmosphere. We now crucify players based on their last performance and label players as chokers when they struggle, not realizing that superstars of the past did not hit their career averages every single night, they also had good games and bad games.

Horry didn’t just hit the game winner, he was the one who kept them in the game at all. Duncan was bricking all his free throws, fumbling passes, and missing easy shots. Horry was doing everything: offensive rebounds, putbacks, driving for a dunk, getting to the line, and of course hitting 3 after 3. This was all at 34 years old, past his prime.
