with the success of the animated spiderman, i hope marvel will ditch the live action marvel movies and migrate all of them to animation somehow. you don't have the problem with characters aging and actors dying with animation. they can also do better stunt work without unnecessary quick camera cuts due to the actors' inability to fight. they can hire the dc animation writers for better stories.
No surprise here. 97% out the box. https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/spider_man_across_the_spider_verse
I fully expect this movie to be amazing but **** the critics with their agendas forever. Give me the audience scores.
Watched is last night and I was very impressed all around, visual, performances and story are all top notch. A Spiderman has never interested me much but these movie are just stellar. I won't spoil anything but this entry really gives off an Empire Strikes Back feel....
Theater only for now, might be a bit for it to hit streaming since it's projected to make some serious coin opening weekend....
Two snaps and a twist. Anyone know if they made the sequel already like some trilogies have done in the past? Hate to wait 3 years for the next one.
Is the sound ****ed up like they say? Hearing some theaters have the settings wrong and you cant hear dialogue over the music.
Just saw it today, these Miles Morales Spiderverse movies are masterpieces in animation and creativity. The original set the trend for a multiverse for other superhero movies and these two are animated classics IMO. Still the best Spiderman films, with the recent live-action one being great also and perhaps some of the best comic book films I've seen.
