LOL - fat shaming, that's all you got, try taking a risk being a person that makes decisions for the company and based upon your viewpoint and yours alone succeed or fail. It is ok to be a middle manager, a worker bee, nothing wrong with that the world needs those that sup off the nipples of the acheivers. SUP on my nipples boy!!! SUP !!! SUP !!!! Now go put your name tag on beyotch....and get me a juicebox ! People can't have fun with humor on here? So, It is ok to fat shame but not to call our Jersey Mike's employees for their lack of achievement..mmmkay. DD
I can't even make fat jokes anymore. 170Ibs to 185 in a month. I can barely see my dick. DD i'm with you brother i know how it feels now.
Don't let go of the rope you can stay in shape, once you get old like me it is much harder - but hey, I am giving it a go anyway, pickleball FTW. DD
Amen does not have all star potential….that’s ridiculous. Please warch his tapes against guys his age. Spoiler alert: he sucks against legit competition and wasn’t even top 30 high school.
Yeah need to take up boxing again coding 12 hours a day is really ruined my entire body. Not just gaining weight my neck is ****ed too.
Idk man. I stand by thoughts -about your recent narratives. Calling people lemmings or middle management is just eh. Keep in mind that I’ve been here as long as you and I know the amount of **** that you take from BS posters so I get it. But you are propping yourself up and putting down posters for following a narrative that is admittedly, very popular. I just dont think it us necessary, You bring quality to the bbs, dont worry about slanting it.
I feel at times they are too lazy, with the Jalen Green and Jabari picks, that were no surprise picks, no out of the box thinking. Risks are always involved. Yeah, sure, Tilman is the elephant in the china store, he gets it for sure, not the basketball side of it, but he is not smart about it.
Stating what happened is not an excuse, just as you stating that trading up for Scoot and them flourishing is dealing with a maybe, not sure thing, but you can feel it will work out as you claim it may And I would imagine tanking for past 3 seasons you would want to pair this lotto pick with the previous two ones, plus with the other 1st rd pick you traded up to grab in that draft with Green When you are hoping and dealing with young developing players with talent then its all a gamble, just as it was a gamble when Lakers traded for Kobe and he avg 7ppg rookie year, which nobody in their right mind is comparing Green to Kobe, other than development stage being they basically both came straight out of HS (Green had 15 or so g league games) and they both are shooting guards Only diff. is Kobe had more leeway being he was draft day traded to a 50+ win team that had 3 other all stars in his rook year so his 7 and 15ppg(all star starter) didn't make or break the Lakers first two years and by year 4 he was around 27-28ppg You would have wanted Kobe traded after rookie year for TMac or Van Horn in following draft I would imagine The name of the game is scoring/getting buckets, rather by getting your own or creating for others, which is why those players are mostly glorified in NBA hype machine Green is a bucket getter/maker, which consistency is his biggest flaw, upcoming season he needs to play more like in their wins this past season, even if they lose, which by end of year four you will know what he is and then decide rather to extend or cut bait/trade You trade Green for the Luka/Jokic/Giannis etc if they become avail this summer, not to move up 1 spot to draft Scoot, that is backwards thinking Just my two cent reason (excuse)
I appreciate the concern - just letting off some steam and cooking me some lemmings. And I never take anything said here seriously.....ever.......most of us don't know each other, nor ever really will, it is just some stuff to do when bored. But I hear ya....thanks DD
It is just like those masked parties where nobody knows no one.....without the secksual part of course.
Exactly. After pick #1, the chances of any player from 2-5 making an all star team at any point in there career is like 25%. Some of the all-star names available - the chances of Pascal Siakam, Jaylen Brown, OG Anunoby etc making another all star team is way higher - 50-100%.
You're not factoring in the value of a rookie contract, which is absolutely massive given current cap rules. Nor the opportunity cost of spending assets and cap space which could be used to acquire a better player later.
I think your wrong... I think Jalen and Jabari would sure be considered over Amen at 4. Regardless, go ahead and take the swing...Amen has the biggest bust factor of any of the lottery picks we have selected, but he is also might have the highest ceiling...we play to win championships....take the swing...dont trade the pick..
