Awesome news. Just the negative aura of having that guy in the building and the fact that he was ever even an issue was a major red flag. I don’t know what all was or wasn’t actually true… but he was viewed as a negative in the building amongst outsiders- including potential coaching hires, GM’s, free agents, and draft prospects. Now we know Nick is calling the shots 100%
As a Texans fan, this is the most exciting thing to happen to this franchise since Watson was drafted. Sad. Though it's great news.
Can we stop being the laughing stock now? Hopefully we can be a good destination starting next season.
That was my first question. Why now? Did Snyder dig something up? Did he take the tailing players part too far? Something to do with Watson? Who knows. Glad it happened.
So glad this guy is gone. I don't think we have to worry about any more head-scratching foolishness in the offseason anymore (e.g. Josh Mccown potentially being the head coach).
