What a finish. I was working during the game. Was Verlander playing with an illness or injury, or just a really off key performance today?

I worked a 13 hour day and forgot we had the day game. Clocked out just in time for Penas at bat. When Yordan blasted that ball, I went nuts driving home. Totally made my day. I'll work as many hours as it takes to get more wins like that. Go Stros!

I'm already on blood pressure and anti-anxiety medications. I don't know if I'll make it through the playoffs if this is what it's going to be like.

I see why some didn’t like him before the childish comment.

I was there for the Pujols HR and when you hear the expression you could have heard a pin drop it was true. Pujols said he could clearly hear the squishing of his shoes as he rounded the bases.

Most sickening moment of my Astros fandom life outside of the bullpen meltdown in game 7 in 2019. Although 1980 and 1986 were just as bad.

Yeppers. Ultimately, jeffs team in this game lost. All the twitter wankers posting “wow, burn Jeff, that was great” was a block for getting a Yordan HR rammed up their asses. Sweet.
