City jerseys are back from last season

I recently bought a new Rockets cap to replace my aging one that I bought years ago. Instead of the vampire/Halloween "R", I opted to get one with the old Rockets logo from the 80s. I liked that logo, but hated the ketchup and mustard color schemes - they just screamed 70s/80s and Burger King. I don't mind the old school red and white unis, though. This team needs a logo/uni refresh and get away from the blood-dripping "R".

 

Doubtful. If the Rockets really wanted to jump into a trend they would launch a secondary logo of a rocket similar to the rocket emoji to take advantage of the meme stock silliness. That would be a big seller with certain younger demographics.

 

The only things that are pathetic are those clown uniforms.

Will it be yellow and white only or will there be red lettering (perhaps saying HOUStOn?) as well? We shall see...

I hope so. I've always dreamed of us returning to the Ketchup and mustard.

Love these! I always wondered why they never did the San Diego uniforms with all the nba teams digging deep into their history. Great execution by the Rockets.
