How is trying to expand the court through the use of Congress not "within the system"? It's literally a power granted to Congress. And how is arbitrarily denying a President the ability to even have a confirmation hearing for a USSC nominee more within the system?

I don’t post very often but had to chime in to respond to this.

First of all, the original Roe decision was a 7-2 decision with justices who were appointed by both Democratic and Republican presidents in the majority. It wasn’t without some controversy but wasn’t nearly the s***show that this decision is and will be.

Secondly, your posts on here seem to indicate that you view this more like some sort of game or chess match where the losing side should just accept their defeat and go home. That on it’s face is laughable given how certain Republicans have reacted to electoral defeat within the past couple of years, but I’ll leave that argument alone for now. People have had their rights stripped away from them overnight, especially those of us in states like Texas. My wife and I live in Texas and actually want to start having kids, but now we have to question that decision given how dangerous of an environment this presents if there are any serious medical issues or abnormalities that arise during our pregnancy.

The Republicans have somehow, in one fell swoop, created an environment where people who get pregnant and don’t want to carry out the pregnancy to term are forced to do so while those of us who ACTUALLY WANT TO HAVE CHILDREN now have to reconsider our actions based on the dangerous medical environment that’s been created around just trying to start a family.

Say goodbye to the female vote - the Republicans can't help but shoot themselves in the foot trying to take us back 200 years.

Sounds like you can't respond to the question because you didn't think through your own logic.

The statistics around abortion aren’t really very different for men and women.

Women are probably the greatest driving force behind the pro-life movement.

A sign that you don’t have intellectual capacity to respond to his questions. Nice cop out everyone can see it for what it is. If you can’t even back up your posts. Why even post then.

On the topic at hand it can appear to be so. You have done this numerous times. You post something yet don’t back it up when challenged. But that’s just like my opinion man

Confidence in the SCOTUS is at an all time low, even polled republicans have no trust in a 6-3 Supreme Court.

It's broken. It's a partisan outfit that needs to be changed. You won't think so now but I imagine when the next generations have power you'll be wishing for term limits.

They are also the greatest driving force behind the pro-choice movement

You're phrasing it as if most women are pro-life when its very much the opposite.

Os is not a consistent poster. He trolls but acts shocked/offended when people troll him.

Almost like a self unaware Draymond.
