    I haven't read the GARM forum in a while so I'm not entirely up to date on all the goings on...but I was thinking the other day that it might be a good idea to try to trade for Tracy McGrady. You know, he wants out of Orlando and we want to get rid of Steve Francis. Anyone think they might go for it?

    i'm a little skeptical..i think this is another case of a news agency deciding to infer whats really going on in orlando. they make no mention of reece gaines who i was under the impression would be included in the deal (especially with the very real possibility of lue opting out and gaines' contract being needed to make the numbers work.) Secondly, with Wiseguy's track record..why in the world would you make another half-a$$ed attempt to speculate what may or may not go down in the next 48 hrs. I'm not saying it wont happen..but i dont believe the washington post has stumbled onto any new information. Instead they are trying to speculate using what info is already out there. a formula for disaster. you read it here first folks. :eek:

    Why would Orlando trade possibly the best 2-guard in the league for someone who doesn't know if he's a SG or PG, can't play with a big man, can't run a fast break, and is constantly at the top of the league in turnovers while not being even close to the top in assists?

    It's clear that we won't get anything of value for Steve.

    Besides, do you really think our crappy front office can pull off such a trade? The same front office that signed MoT to an 8M/year contract? I don't think so.
