But that's exactly the problem. The whole reason FTs are awarded for the first tech/flagrant and an ejection, for the second, is to curb 'bad behavior' and to ensure you'll learn your lesson. Draymond will never learn because the refs coddle him. Instead, Draymond just limit tests after getting his first one.
I really dislike the Warriors. Not crazy about Boston either, but they are tolerable. I will really like them if they win the series.

Not only do people take this out of context but nbcsports decided to quote this as "deferential treatment". Do they check their sources and asked Draymond Green to confirm what he said. I mean deferential vs differential is a significant difference on meaning there. Is this why they call it fake news? Or was I wrong to try to give the original quote the benefit of the doubt?

Honestly...hate both Warriors Fan Base also hate Celtics Fan Base. Each team's fans calling the other team's..."favoured by refs". In all honesty both get favourable calls, only problem is both fan base seems to think their team are god's gift to the NBA and deserve all the calls.
heres a beautiful idea! thank you! NBA should solely and exquisitely consist of drafting people not of actual games, this actually makes a lot of sense...give every team equal chances and make it a real lottery for everyone... theres no point in ever playing the games because players are who they are and development, effort, psychology, dreaming doesn't even exist and even if it does its so predictable and hard sciency that everybody knows on the day of draft what they are getting in a player and that in turn determines whether they will win or not... so save us all the time and money and make it purely into what it really is - a game of chance!

ya he's VERY smart about it. I don't put any blame on how the warriors act towards green, kerr, poole or anyone in that organization (are they complete scum? yes, is what they do despicable and a disgrace to the sport? of course). To me, ALL blame goes to silver for allowing it. If a pitcher is allowed to throw a pitch a foot outside knowing the ump will help them, they should do it till they're stopped. Same thing is happening here
The game's favorite is M$N$Y. Big market teams are favored, calls are favored to extend a series. Stars are favored for marketing to promote more sales. etc.
