Wanted to play here. I wanted a Warriors/Grizzlies series so i am glad the Wolves lost. I can't wait to watch the Brooks / Green antics.
I can't wait till the Rockets are back in the playoffs. It's been a nice 2 year break not to stress but would be nice to at least be in the play in next year. I don't think I can take another shitty year.
T-Wolves need to move from D-Lo. They chased him just because he was Towns buddy and Towns wanted him? Towns is a man-child. Never let him make any important decisions. Finch did well for a head coach 1.5 years in but he has to work on his rotations and time-outs. His feel for the rhythm of the game is off. Edwards will improve but Towns will always be a dumb, choking type player. He can't be your best or second best player on a truly contending team.
7 years in Minny and only two first round exits to show for it. KAT becomes a FA in 2024. Prime candidate as a disgruntled star to trade for.
Wolves have some amazing pieces McDaniels - Excellent close out and perimeter D with only some trouble against bigger opponents in the paints and Mclaughlin...honestly CP3 floor general vibes. Played near perfect except for a missed 3. Terrible coach for the Wolves, call timeouts to stop their own momentum but not the opponents. Offseason should be fun...DLO is practically garbage at this point...too streaky and no IQ
Don't hold your breath. A successful rebuild usually takes a while. Typically, you wanna draft one superstar and at least one other player that could be an all star. It's pretty rare that you draft those two guys the 2 years after the first losing season. It's more likely a ~5 year process.
I think we have 1 more for sure non playoff/play in year. My hope is 2024 we have our coming out party similar to New Orleans this year.
