Just talked to my son who is training to be a classical musician with the French Horn. He's getting his friends together to write a rendition of this for William. Not telling the mom yet, but I'll post if/when they complete it.
Update from Bre: We BROKE free of the hospital today. Amazing what 24 hours can do for ones body who is fighting stage 4 cancer and been in the hospital 11 days. He went from not eating or drinking to 16oz of water, Mac n cheese and famous Amos cookies. I have never been so proud of him for eating junk food. Now, we need to stay healthy and out of the hospital until 8/18 when he has his kidney removed.
Does he have anything like posters or pictures in his hospital room? I just remember how bleak it looked staring at white walls all day...we pimped out my grandmother's, and my dad's....
