Three way with Rockets/OKC/Miami Rockets get : KZ Okpala Heat get : Ariza and PJ Tucker OKC gets: 2RP, Meyers Leonard, Avery Bradley If OKC doesn't want to take on Bradley's contract, the Rockets can definitely use the body. KZ Okpala fan club is pleased. Wall/KPJ Oladipo KZ Okpala/Brown Tate/ KJ M Wood That's 8 players who belong in the NBA and none of the borderline guys in the 8 man rotation. Still would need to waive Kurucs to fill in some rotational minutes with a back up 5. The 1 and 2 would be accounted for with a three man rotation. Would love to actually grab Bradley to soak in the minutes when Wall or Oladipo are out. Another 3 Way with Miami is possible with Oladipo and Ariza to Miami. Heat gets: Oladipo and Ariza OKC gets: Leonard, Harkless, 2RP (release restrictions on the FRP Miami owes them) Rockets get: Nunn or Okpala (probably Nunn but I want Okpala) , Precious Achiuwa, Kelly Olynyk and a FRP Wall/Nunn KPJ Tate / Brown Olynynk / KJ Martin Wood / Achiuwa or Wall/ KPJ / Brown Tate/ KZ Okpala Olynyk/ KJ Wood/Achiuwa would need to sign a back up PG/ playmaker or find one in a PJ trade in this case! I've got an easy one for you. PJ Tucker for Frank Ntilkina + 2RP Wall/Frank KPJ/Brown Tate/KZ Olynyk/ KJ Wood/Achiuwa
I'm articulating that he's not worth the cap space unless you're over the cap already. Why would any rebuilding team clog up 15 million in cap space for the 18th best point guard? I thought that point was clear.... He would make sense to the clippers who can't sign any significant free agents but not to a team trying to add young pieces to build around... If you're orlando and you trade Gordon. Wouldn't you rather have John Collins for 30 million and fultz then Dinwiddie and whatever 10 to 15 gets you for a big man? Ah, you trade one of your best players for bird rights so you can pay him even more to max the cap space, right?
GREAT NEWS GUYS!!!!! Now we can do this: To Miami: PJ Tucker Danuel House To Rockets: Trevor Ariza #1 Pick I've always felt this team was missing a Trevor Ariza-type....
Wow KoC actually nailed that one. Brabra can suck it. Also, still would do Tucker straight up for Precious. Would make Miami scary defensively.
Although I would love the thought of Augustin as a mentor and backup PG (one of Mo City's finest!), I think he gets re-routed to a team with playoff aspirations. I could see Lakers, Nuggets, Clippers, Warriors, or Heat. Heat have a $7.5M TPE that expires on March 22nd. If the Heat are willing to let go of Achiuwa, I think that is a win-win for both teams. Plus he fits into our $3.5M TPE set to expire on March 19th.
Here's my take. hopefully this would be okay for the Sixers as they need a backup PG https://tradenba.com/trades/RpzhQ196O
My thought was to expand the trade and send House and DJ to Miami for KZO but I’m not sure the Heat take that much salary so we’d probably take Harkless or Bradley to make sure they ducked the lottery
That's a pretty good deal for us. I'll take Bradley and KZO but Stone will probably have to throw in a high SRP too. I don't like that, but House has caused us a lot of trouble. A disciplinarian like Riley might turn this down.
or he could believe that Heat Culture can save this man. He’s tried before and succeeded and he’s also failed. Danuel at his best was a starting level small forward. He’s not there right now but he doesn’t need to be for the Heat. They need scorers in the worst kind of way, this way they get two guys who can give you 10-15 on a nightly basis.
Danuel House, HOU 2024 2nd, BKLN 2022 1st for PHX 2023 1st, PHX 2025 2nd and rights to amare stoudamire.
