he'll also miss game checks for any games missed due to suspensions. he didn't miss a game check this time because enough rockets couldn't keep themselves covid free or covid adjacent so that we could play the game.

 

No, he won’t be at the event if it isn’t approved by the league. He wasn’t hit hard last time by Silver because of the circumstances but Harden will not get off easy next time and would likely miss at least 4-5 game checks which would be a loss of over the 2.5 million dollars. It would take years for his club/restaurant to make that. Harden also almost NEVER responds to anything on social media but did this time, the infraction seemed to bother him. I doubt he does it again.

One thing we do know is that Harden really really really hates Tilman Fertitta. He is willing to take public fallout, deal with Rocket sponsored hit jobs and be in an uncomfortable situation just to get away from Tilman.

If Harden goes to the opening of his club he deserves any punishment he gets. There are no misunderstandings or viable claims of following the protocol.

 

He can only be fined 50,000 under the CBA I believe.

The league can and will suspend him if he goes to a party at a club after the league has suspended him for something similar

 

If this is true, Harden really needs to hire an agent that is not his mom.
