Personally, I think the Rockets have enough talent now, if everyone stayed healthy. I would love, love to add Aaron Gordon to this roster....PJ Tucker, a player + FRP for AG, would definitely put us over the top. But when we won it in 94' and 95' those rosters were not overall talented, they had a lot of HEART

harden and wood fit together perfectly on the court. how wall might integrate into the offense w/ those 2 i'm not sure. but even for posters here who have soured on harden and done with him, codman is still exactly right. the talent, skill level, bball iq, durability, etc -- for me at least, i'm willing to accept his warts and occasional oddball behavor. every genius has an unfortunate haunted side and "picasso with a basketball" is no different i suppose

crazy to think that 8 years have passed and the best partner James has had was the over the hill point God. SMH. Michael Jordan would have punched somebody in the face by now and walked away saying "shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit"

James ego is taking a hit, but I hope he can be mature enough to see that playing here would be in the best interest of his brand and showing the world that he can win with anyone. he's been right there! so close you could taste it. Just needed Ego to make a big shot, or Ariza. Somebody needed to play the Paxson/Armstrong role for James to help him get over the hump and nobody ever did.

I think fans are just spoiled on how good Harden is. In the history of Rockets basketball, we've only had two other players in the same air. Dream and Moses. There was 13 years between losing Dream and getting Harden and I do not want to wait another 13 years. By that time, all the 99'ers will be collecting social security.

It is possible he would do that to make a point. I want to believe what Codman says is true.... Time will tell.

I didn’t say better, I didn’t say more talented I said more athletic. He’s more of a lob threat, better rim to rim runner and def better conditioned. Not more talent not better more athletic. Tap the brakes on quoting me every day

Woj was also saying they are looking at three team deals as well. Where teams might not have the assets the Rockets want but their are pathways to getting those players to the Rockets via a third team.

It would be stupid to rush into trading Harden without seeing what this team could be first. I know it was only preseason, but last night looked like something special.

    Thank you!

James needs to just sign the extension and silence trade talks for a year.

It gives the team one last honest shot.

Next offseason he can go to Miami if the Rockets falter.

Herro + Bam + 2 FRP should be enough.

    No he is not.

    That's patently absurd.

Yeah, impressive but that’s more to do with height, standing reach and being a good/coordinated athlete.

Wood is a better leaper than Embiid, that’s not a knock on Embiid. The dude is a beast when healthy.
