Vince Newsome would be AWESOME! He's no relations to Ozzie but he has worked in the Ravens Organization for years as their Director of Pro Personnel and he would be a PERFECT fit for our new GM. He's been with the Ravens for 21yrs and 9th as Director of Personnel.
