Did CP3 stick around to shake Harden's hand after the game?

I saw Harden with Schroeder, Adams, and a couple of others, but it sure looked like Chris Punk was walking away, rather than sticking around to congratulate the Rox on sending him fishing.

 

Westbrook look better today and starting to find his rhythm. People forget he was playing his best ball before the pandemic hit. If he gets going with his layups and 2 pt shots will give the Lakers all they can handle.

Rockets fans after this game were like

 

The question was something along the lines of why he didn’t get down when he couldn’t buy a bucket. Harden said he just though if ever (Nipsey) Hussle said “never let a hard time humble us”. Basically meaning don’t get down in yourself and stop believing.

 

perhaps this game 7 was a blessing in disguise. i think it gave westbrook and EG another game to be ready for the lakers. westbrook looked a little bit more explosive to me. EG finally bringing his A game. Robert Covington finding his stroke.

Looks like the cov trade was validated today. He's been great the last several games ever since finding his shot again.

i think this 7 game series has actually prepared us better for the lakers. i am so happy now. i was about to cry for a moment at the end. i thought we were going to lose for sure. miracle we won. miracle.

This Westbrook post game interview was probably the best post game interview i've ever seen.

"Are the Lakers a formidable opponent?" - Whatchu mean?

"Talk about Harden's defense" - He plays defense, been playing it all year. Since yall like stats, look at his defensive stats.

 

Westbrook should not have the ball in the closing minutes of the game.
I think I have cataracts watching him clunk every shot down the stretch just then. Jesus.

 

Harden helping another player get over the hump. CP3 and Melo couldn't get out the first round without Harden. Some players are just built to lead.

 

Felt like more of an OKC loss than a HOU win.

Happy for the win, but not feeling great about it walking away.

 

That had to be worst night game for us Rocket fans, I can’t believe it. All the way to the last inbound play I thought we were going to lose.

 

not that i saw...looks like he was heading off the court. how can he do that after staring him down last game? he stared down a little bit too early cuz he choked the game away after saying he was mister clutch. i thought he should have just gone for a step back on Cov instead of dribbling into traffic. that's the matchup he wants?

he doesn't have enough class to even congratulate tuck and the other guys...

 

To me it felt like clutch city time!!
