    On another note I LOVE RUSSELL WESTBROOK more than I can describe in a post. He annoyed me at times with OKC in the past few years but in 2012 when the Thunder were making a run, and Westbrook was playing with such a "bat out of hell" mentality he became my favorite player in the league, despite the criticism... Things change over time, but when my brother called me last summer and gave me the news we got him I screamed at the top of my lungs for at least a minute I was so excited. I had to pull over. My Apple watch sent me multiple sound decibels alerts...

    He is anything and everything this team has needed. I am all about "efficiency", data, stats, shoot a million 3's if they are good shots, but he is just one of those once in a generation athletes that you tell them: "Just be yourself, do you."

    I cannot wait to watch his first playoff game as a Rocket. I wish I could be there.

    Hopefully the Rockets are able to win while Westbrook knocks off the rust. Going to need him as much as Harden against the Lakers.

    roco has been getting burnt on the perimeter by those guards, but most will be.... I wonder what will happen with Benmac now that Russ is back... he is the perfect guy to get out and run and shoot with Russ, but they’ve been slicing him up on the perimeter...

    we simply have to outscore them...they are going to score. We need to tire them out by the fourth...

    Won't be able to watch the game fellas. Someone do me a favor and just PM me the result. I'd rather go zero dark thirty on Rockets stuff if we lose lol(I don't expect to though).

    My concern is they're a younger team playing a less tiring style of play, AND they're exceptionally good in the clutch. Hopefully MDA can figure out how to get some stops.

    Having Westbrook?

    Well since we tailor made our team for him to be able to play at his most optimal I would hope it improves things a lot.

    The actual results of this experiment have been wildly mixed. At stretches looks like a reinvigorated All NBA talent. Other times looks like the same old wild, doofus that we loved to face in the playoffs.

    I will say if anything we need another person who can dribble the damn ball at an NBA level and draw a help defender from time to time. At the very least he can offer that. Gotta pray that the injury doesn’t hamper his attack at all costs mind set. If we see jump shot Westbrook trying to play the hero it’s not gonna be good
