get over yourself...please stop acting like these players owe u a damn thing u don’t care about them, they’re only a tool for your entertainment...the minute they do something u don’t like, you’re done with them good riddance to u and your business...protest isn’t about making everybody feel comfortable
I think there's a difference between protesting bad actions and protesting bad policy. There's a system in place to capture and punish people who commit criminal acts. We can definitely protest and argue over how that system can be improved. In addition to the visceral reaction to seeing police abuse their powers on citizens, I think many people believe that the policies/structures in place to deal with bad police (qualified immunity, uniquely powerful unions, blue wall culture) need to be spoken up against. To equate being against bad police policy and culture with supporting criminal activity is logically inconsistent, and something I think exists due to the brain being polluted by those who promote division for their own profit.
Oh, I just wondered if Shaq and Charles left like, a segment after Kenny or something. Regardless, powerful talk with the guys, Chris Webber and Stan Van Gundy.
Instead of using sports to escape from the real world, maybe we should appreciate that those playing the sports are trying to help create a world that we wouldn't need to escape from.
And sometimes to be against criminal activity means to be against specific cops. Because we're seeing these cops, on camera, engaging in violent crime.
Pretty sure it didn't. Anyone with internet knew about the shooting. Now we're mad about the shooting AND the players being quitters.
obviously that went over your head. the actual events of today caught the attention of millions. but i mean your self entitlement and selfishness is getting in the way.
CWebb was good. Why does he watch the videos of police shooting unarmed suspects? The same reason Emmitt Till's mother had an open casket and allowed a picture of his mutilated body to be publicized. Because it makes it real.
I popped that cherry about 30 mins ago, and I'm already 4 fingers in. #****2020 should be something every person on Earth can get behind.
