Knowing Gordon, he probably tried to fish for a foul instead of just getting open. No foul here...they ****ed up and that’s the end of it.
No but Adams for sure hit that ball with 24.4 secs left. The ball changes rotation direction. They even reviewed it. The NBA wants this to go as long as possible. Rewatch that play and only look at the ball. Air can’t do that and Tuckers ain’t no Mariano Rivera
It was a dreadful play. Just pass it inbounds and Houston wins. Fail. Oh dear. Inbound plays involving Tucker and Gordon are becoming a meme...
I was certain of this too, but there’s actually another overhead angle that clearly shows no contact. It’s like a weird optical illusion that he hit the ball, but the other angle makes it clear that the overturn was correct. Unfortunately.
Crazy even the way Adams dove for the ball like he thought he did to. Glad to hear it was the right call.
i cannot recall an nba game where a foul was not called in that situation. btw even before the take down schroeder has 2 hands on gordon, which is an automatic foul at any point in any game
That ending sequence was so frustrating to watch. I feel for bad for the Rockets players, to give up a lead they fought so hard for like that. We need to work on some better inbounds plays or something. It was such a struggle just to get the ball inbounded.
Looked like an easy defensive foul call to me. But there's no crowd and Burke didn't go batshit begging for Steve Javie's input - big surprise.
NBA admits blown call on key Rockets turnover late in Game 3 https://rocketswire.usatoday.com/20...-call-on-key-rockets-turnover-late-in-game-3/
its really incredible the bullshit the nba has to engage in to get the Rockets to lose a game. this is ridiculous..
I already deleted the game but just curious because I had the sound off but what did Doris say about the play?
I know he’s watching the inbound and counting but it was right in front of a ref, nothing to see here!
