It must be so weird for OKC fans to see two of their favorite players go and destroy their playoff dreams.... Imagining what that would be like if tables were turned eerie!

just the typical game 1 let the super underdog steal one to drum up some intrest for viewers in game 2. now if the refs are calling the same stuff in game 2 on giannis that they let him get away with all season then i'll be impressed

I contend that you need to spread out your available weapons. Why load up all the talent you have around James when he's gonna get his no matter what - his play tends to elevate the play of nominal players around him. James and Jeff working the two man game, ROCO and PJ defending and spacing the floor and you have your deadeye in Benny Mac to hit the open shots.

I like Gordon running the 2nd unit even with Rusty back. House needs a guy who can dictate the possession. He cant create for himself other than that pretty cool Harden Stepback he's picked up. He is great at slashing and hitting the open shot. Gordon and Rivers play the James/Rusty role for the 2nd unit.

Just logging in and playing catch-up. Who are you referring to? Which two players?

Only problem with BMac is that CP3 will hunt and bait him, get him in foul trouble. Maybe replace House in place of BMac.

    But love that lineup too.

Assuming he's referring to former OKC legends Harden and Westbrook. Probably should add the 3rd OKC legend, Jeff Green. The 4th legend, Thabo, is not with the team.

Oh gawd, I completely misread that. Thought he was alluding to two OKC injuries.

Ok so I've talked a lot of **** about this series, but it's game time. I don't like hearing games are about making shots. You have to be prepared for that not to happen, and you have to do things to help it happen.

    Keys:

    1) Whoever overachieves in the minutes where Harden is off the court gains a huge advantage. We don't have to beat them, we just have to overachieve in that area - which is not difficult considering how bad we've sucked. Worth plus or minus 10 points imo.

    2) The effectiveness of the scram switch can give us a decisive advantage. Worth plus or minus 6 points imo.

    3) We have to keep to our rebounding averages and make sure they don't out-rebound us by more than 10-20. Worth plus or minus 3 points imo.

Prediction: Rockets will struggle. Everyone will panic. King James II with 30/10/6. Rivers, Tucker or Covington will call the game.

    Rockets 109
    OKC 108
